At PURELL®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
